I am very disappointed and a bit disgusted with the package I received from Elaine Kim. While this is my first order from the website, I have purchased multiple items at trunk shows. Most recently last week with almost $2,000 in clothes. The booties I received were shipped in a Nordstroms box with a prior recipient’s name. The booties were unzipped, look as they were perhaps worn, were not wrapped or stuffed with tissue. It’s is disgraceful to have sent these to me in this manner. Further I ordered these on a Saturday, paid for two-day shipping and I received on the following Saturday. EK should be embarrassed at this type, quality and level of service.
