RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your order under the following conditions:

To initiate your return please email shop@elainekim.com within 10 Days of receiving your order. Please provide your order #, the items you wish to return/exchange, and a brief explanation of your return/exchange.

We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and a return label for which a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund. ELAINE KIM cannot guarantee to process requests for returns/exchanges without RMA #s.

Please write the RMA# on the packing list included in your package and include this in your return package. Use the original packaging, securely seal the merchandise, and mark your RMA# on the outside of the box. Use the return label provided by ELAINE KIM.

All return shipments must be postmarked within 30 DAYS from the time you received your order.  Returns received outside of this time period are accepted at the discretion of ELAINE KIM and can only be refunded as a store credit.

Once your return is received and the refund or exchange process is complete, you will receive an email notification informing you of approval or denial of your return/exchange request. Please retain this document for your records.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS/EXCHANGES

All freight for International returns/exchanges are paid by the customer, and it is their responsibility to send back. ELAINE KIM is not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments. Once received and approved we will refund you for the amount of the goods returned. Customers will not be refunded for any duties/taxes incurred when originally receiving the shipment. ELAINE KIM reserves the right to refuse returned goods that do not comply with the conditions stated below. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund or exchange can not be granted.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

  • Return requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • We cannot accept any item for return or exchange that bears any indication that it was worn, washed or altered.
  • All accessories (except shoes) are NOT returnable.
  • Returned items MUST include ALL ORIGINAL TAGS and packaging, no exceptions.

FULL PRICE MERCHANDISE

  • We will issue a refund or exchange for all full price merchandise if you initiate the return request within 10 days of your receiving your order. A $10 return label fee will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Refunds will be made in the form of original payment.  Allow 14 business days to process your request and to refund your credit card.  Most banks require additional business days to post the refund to your account.
  • If the exchange is of a lesser value, you will be refunded the difference in the form of original payment. 
  • Exchanges for full price merchandise will be shipped free of charge via UPS Ground.

SALE MERCHANDISE

  • All SALE items are subject to limited availability and are returnable for store credit only, unless the item is marked FINAL SALE.
  • If the exchange is of lesser value, you will be refunded the difference in the form of a store credit.
  • Exchanges for sales merchandise will be shipped via UPS Ground.
  • Sale merchandise marked “FINAL SALE” cannot be returned or exchanged.

GIFT RETURN

If you have received an item as a gift, you can return it in exchange for a store credit, unless the item is marked as “FINAL SALE”.  This allows you to exchange your unwanted gift for another item by using this credit to place a new order online.  Please be aware that you will be required to pay any difference in cost and any additional shipping, taxes and import duties.  

STORE CREDITS

  • Store credit issued from making a return or exchange is valid for one year from the issue date.
  • Following the expiration date, store credit balances are automatically deactivated.
