RETURNS/EXCHANGES
To start your return, please go to the Returns Portal:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your order under the following conditions:
- All return shipments must be postmarked within 30 DAYS from the time you received your order. Returns received outside of this time period are accepted at the discretion of ELAINE KIM and can only be refunded as a store credit.
- Please email us at shop@elainekim.com and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). ELAINE KIM cannot guarantee to process those requests for returns or exchanges without RMA#s.
- We cannot accept any item for return or exchange that bears any indication that it was worn, washed or altered.
- All accessories (except shoes) are NOT returnable.
- Returned items MUST include ALL ORIGINAL TAGS and packaging, no exceptions.
- All returns can be made in any of our store locations. If you prefer to ship your return for any reason it must be shipped pre-paid via major courier service with tracking capabilities (i.e., FedEx, UPS). If a return label was provided by ELAINE KIM, a $9.95 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
- ELAINE KIM reserves the right to refuse returned goods that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund or exchange can not be granted.
How to process a return/exchange:
- All returns must be authorized by ELAINE KIM. Please go to https://elainekim.myreturnscenter.com/ to initiate your return request. Please fill out all fields. A brief explanation of your return/exchange is optional.
- Upon receipt of a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#), please write the RMA# on the packing list included in your package and include this in your return package.
- Use the original packaging. Pack and securely seal the merchandise, and mark your RMA# on the outside of the box. Use the label you printed from our portal or send at your expense pre-paid via major carrier (UPS, FEDEX) to:

- Email the tracking number to shop@elainekim.com
- Once the refund or exchange process is complete, you will receive an email notification informing you approval or denial of your return/exchange request. Please retain this document for your records.
FULL PRICE MERCHANDISE
- We will issue a full refund or exchange for all full price merchandise if you initiate the return request within 10 days of your receiving your order. If your request is initiated between 10 days and 30 days of receipt we will be happy to refund you the price you paid minus the cost of the return label.
- Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. Allow 14 business days to process your request and to refund your credit card. Most banks require additional business days to post the refund to your account.
- If the exchange is of a lesser value, you will be refunded the difference in the form of original payment.
- Exchanges for full price merchandise will be shipped free of charge via UPS Ground.
- All accessories (except shoes) are NOT returnable.
SALE MERCHANDISE
- All SALE items are subject to limited availability and are returnable for store credit only, unless the item is marked FINAL SALE.
- If the exchange is of lesser value, you will be refunded the difference in the form of a store credit.
- Exchanges for sales merchandise will be shipped via UPS Ground.
- Sale merchandise marked “FINAL SALE” cannot be returned or exchanged.
GIFT RETURN
If you have received an item as a gift, you can return it in exchange for a store credit, unless the item is marked as “FINAL SALE”. This allows you to exchange your unwanted gift for another item by using this credit to place a new order online. Please be aware that you will be required to pay any difference in cost and any additional shipping, taxes and import duties.
STORE CREDITS
- Store credit issued from making a return or exchange is valid for one year from the issue date.
- Following the expiration date, store credit balances are automatically deactivated.
SALE ITEMS
- All sales items are subject to limited availability and are returnable for store credit only.
- Sale Merchandise marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
